Linda has a Bachelor of Science in Music Education with over 10 years of teaching experience (including preschool). Her faith, passion and expertise provide our students with the best possible learning environment.

Kayla has an Associates in General Studies and has worked at St. Joseph’s preschool for a little over 4 years now. She found her community in Spearfish through the Newman center during college and at the preschool during work. She was raised in a Catholic School for most of her life and brings a knowledge of Catholic faith and school life to our preschool. Kayla has always had a passion for teaching kids and is excited to learn more about preschool development as she works alongside Ms. Linda!

Kindergarten Teacher

Marybeth Blair is the new Kindergarten teacher at St. Joseph’s School. She has been teaching for 25 years (19 of those years in private Catholic schools). She was apart of the Preschool’s Board for a few years when we first started. Marybeth is excited to foster an environment where every child feels loved and seen. But most importantly a place where the students can grow not only in a love for learning but also in knowledge that they are beloved children of God.”
